همان طور که قبلا هم در وبلاگ بحث کرده ایم دسترسی به منابع آنلاین و به روز یکی از مهمترین نیازهای دانشجویان و مشغولان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی است اما دسترسی به چنین منابع با ارزش گاهی با مشکلاتی همراه می شود به ویژه مشکل ورودبه سایت (آره همون !!!)،عدم داشتن اکانت، جلوگیری کردن خود سایت و .... اما همان طور که قبلا هم گفته ایم برای هر مشکلی راهی است ...

در گذشته هم اکانت های و پسوردهای مربوط به علوم آزمایشگاهی و رشته های پزشکی را در وبلاگ علوم آزمایشگاهی قرار داده ایم و دوستان استفاده کردند . در ادامه این راه پسورد  چند دانشگاه ُ کتاب خانه تخصصی ، ژورنال های معتبر در زمینه پزشکی و علوم آزمایشگاهی و کلا هر چی که تازه است و نیاز شما در وبلاگ قرار می دهیم . فقط درخواستی که داریم این است در دستکاری اکانت های خودداری فرمائید تا همه استفاده کنند چون به خاطر تحریم ها همه به این منابع نیاز دارند .

BCG (bacillus Calmette–Guerin) is live, attenuated Mycobacterium bovis, which produces a local inflammatory reaction, resulting in elimination or reduction of superficial tumour lesions of the bladder.

| Precautions

• History of systemic BCG infection—contraindicated.
• Immunosuppression (including HIV infection or treatment with immunosuppressants)—contraindicated as immunosuppression increases the risk of disseminated BCG infection. It may also interfere with the immune response to BCG.
• Treatment with antibacterials—may reduce efficacy of BCG as it is sensitive to many antibacterials, particularly antimycobacterials. BCG is contraindicated in infections requiring antimycobacterial treatment (eg active TB). Consider postponing BCG treatment in other types of infections.
• Allergy to BCG vaccine—consider possibility of cross-sensitivity.
• Febrile illness—postpone BCG until patient is well.
